Wysh — Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These terms cover your use of the Wysh iPhone app, published by Vionza. By using Wysh you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What Wysh is
Wysh is a personal finance planning tool. You enter your own financial information and Wysh performs calculations on it — what's safe to spend, what's committed, what a loan costs, how a purchase might fit, and how the next twelve months could look.
What Wysh is not
This matters, so it is stated plainly.
Wysh is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, bank, lender, broker, tax adviser or accounting service. It is not regulated as any of those, and nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
Wysh does not connect to your bank and cannot move, hold or transfer money.
About the calculations
Every figure Wysh shows is derived from information you entered, using assumptions you can see and change in the app.
- The results are only as accurate as the information you provide. If your balances, income or obligations are out of date, the results will be too.
- Forecasts, scenarios and affordability results are projections, not predictions or promises. They describe what follows arithmetically from your inputs, not what will actually happen.
- Wysh does not guarantee that you can afford any purchase, that you will reach any goal, or that any amount is genuinely safe to spend in your real circumstances.
- Wysh does not convert between currencies. Records held in a currency other than your primary one are excluded from totals rather than converted, and the app tells you when that is happening.
You are responsible for your own financial decisions. Consider consulting a qualified professional before making a significant one. To the extent permitted by law, Vionza is not liable for losses arising from decisions you make using Wysh.
Your data and backups
Your financial data is stored on your device. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
Wysh offers an optional iCloud backup that runs only when you ask it to, and lets you export a copy of your data at any time. Erase all data (More › Settings) permanently deletes everything Wysh holds on that device and cannot be undone. Keeping a usable backup or export is your responsibility. Restoring a backup replaces the data currently in the app on that device, and that cannot be undone. Wysh shows you what a backup contains and asks you to confirm before replacing anything. Vionza is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, loss of access to your Apple Account, deleting the app without a backup, or restoring a backup you no longer wanted.
Wysh Premium subscriptions
Wysh is free to use. Wysh Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks advanced planning, forecasting, analysis and import features.
- Plans: Wysh Premium Monthly and Wysh Premium Annual. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you purchase.
- Wysh Premium Annual includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Eligibility is determined by the App Store. Monthly does not include a trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings, or from More › Wysh Premium › Manage Subscription in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If you don't use a free trial period in full, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where Apple's rules require this.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. Vionza cannot issue App Store refunds.
What happens if your subscription ends
Your financial records are yours, and Wysh will not hold them hostage. If your subscription lapses or is refunded, Wysh returns to the free feature set, but:
- Nothing you created is deleted or hidden. Your goals, budgets, loans and imported transactions remain visible.
- You can still edit and delete them, and still record loan and obligation payments, so your balances and safe-to-spend stay correct.
- iCloud backup and restore, and exporting your data, remain available.
- The only thing that stops is creating new items beyond the free allowance, and access to the premium planning and analysis features.
Acceptable use
Use Wysh lawfully. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or circumvent the app's purchase or entitlement mechanisms, and don't use the app to break any law.
Availability and changes
Wysh may be updated, changed or discontinued. Features may be added or removed between versions. We'll describe material changes in the app's release notes.
Intellectual property
Wysh, its design and its content are owned by Vionza. These terms don't transfer any ownership to you. Your financial data remains yours.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top will change. Continuing to use Wysh after a change means you accept the updated terms.
